After that the "Eyjafjallajökull" ...
is what happens when a country of active volcanoes has a language so ... particular, and the villages and mountains a few names so ... compounds. In this case, the name of this peaceful village surrounded by farms, waterfalls and others jumped into the fray "thanks" to the eruption of Grímsvötn.

'Real change'
We, some 18 million people worldwide now and that we are a link in a human chain that began in the old, long ago we were outraged by what watching, said "enough!" and "do not represent us", we decide who was going to be the example to follow and we got down to work.
Our Revolution "is a much higher rate than anyone can imagine, all-encompassing changes everything for good. Global change what we have been seeing for decades and, at personal, family, community. It is a spiritual change, an awareness of what to do, and do it.
It makes us respect the like, makes us respect the planet we live, makes us aware of the harm or good that our actions, all our actions may cause to our environment. It makes us work on being better people. Even if we fail in something that makes us get up and get back on track.
What drives us is the same that makes us look forward with hope, gives us peace of mind, beyond personal or global crisis.
That is the real social change. And we're helping to carry everywhere.
been doing for centuries, under different names but always acting in the same name, in parallel to this world and its ideological twists and turns, even if they wanted to stop many times. Except for brief periods or years old the first century AD, the action has been conducted in secrecy until recently more than 130 years. XX and XXI centuries have not been free to thousands of us in various countries who do not want to see people truly free, doing good and staying out of the problems of this system. Many fell by the wayside, there were also many who left, caught the opposition, discouragement, disappointment with the wait or the mistakes of those who accompanied them.
But we've shown that it is possible, that works. We see daily in our lives, so different from other people, who are as we were before about the importance of the age in which we live ... And we live now is just a taste of what will happen when the plan is developed to its fullest extent.

'Inside Job' provides a comprehensive analysis of the global financial crisis of 2008, which at a cost over $20 trillion, caused millions of people to lose their jobs and homes in the worst recession since the Great Depression, and nearly resulted in a global financial collapse. Through exhaustive research and extensive interviews with key financial insiders, politicians, journalists, and academics, the film traces the rise of a rogue industry which has corrupted politics, regulation, and academia. It was made on location in the United States, Iceland, England, France, Singapore, and China.

Tokyo Twilight "The government recognizes the true nature of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Post-viral but sets a timetable for implementation '
Article written by John Palma Gutiérrez, having CFS lawyer and author of "The so-called sickness syndrome Chronic Fatigue and its problems "and published in the January / March 2011 The Toga , online magazine of the Bar Association of Seville. You can read an author's previous article entitled" Ten Reasons on urgent legal recognition of SFC "also published in The Robe on the issue August / October 2008. (Introduction by Eva Caballé).
The recognition of the true nature of CFS, it is clear Response of the Government of the Nation, a written question to the President of the Commission for Health Congress Deputies, Hon. D. Gaspar Llamazares Trigo, addressed to the table in this House, Question No. 184, published in the Official Gazette of the Parliament of 23 September 2010, number 447. This question reads literally:
"In connection with the SFC, and the International Classification of Diseases of the World Health Organization, called ICD-9 and ICD-10, respectively, have agreed to Spain, called ICD-10 International Classification of 1992, or continues to accept and use the old ICD-9-1977? "(...)
The English Government's response to that question, (Of vital importance for the diagnosis and treatment of this serious disease, which is virtually unknown today, back to reality, and deprives patients this large group of fundamental rights such as Health, Work, entitlement to social security benefits etc.) is as follows:
"The International Classification of Diseases World Health Organization, is the main inventory which gathers disease and health related problems, and is of universal application for the registration and statistical processing of health information. The current version included among the families of Classifications WHO, the ICD-10 version (as we know it fits the SFC in the chapter of Neurological Disease, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis treated as Post-Viral, in Section G. 93, 3) "
However, (adding that response from the Government), in Spain and for the completion of the reports of Alta, and as a standard clinical coding, the classification used is the ICD 9 CM, (9 th version of the ICD, Clinical Modification .) As we know it includes the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in section 780. 71, within the group of symptoms, signs and ill-defined (for which can not make a specific diagnosis), and whose causes or etiology are unknown.

- A English lawyer, Sonia Ortiga, a specialist in environmental law.
- Francesca Romana Orlando, Vice President of the Italian partnership AMICA
According to most scientists, awareness is triggered by environmental factors, "says Francisca Gutiérrez, President of Asquifyde. She says, "But, although the FM and CFS are classified in the list of International Classification of Diseases ICD-10, EHS and MCS are not, except in Germany, Austria and Japan. "
According to various studies (Kreutzer, R., Neutra, RR;. Lashuay, N. Prevalence of people reporting Sensitivities to chemicals in a population-based survey. Am J Epidemiol. 1999 Jul; 150 (1) :1-12 ,), about a 15% of the population has an awareness of certain chemicals of regular consumption and electromagnetic radiation. Of this percentage, a significant number of people or trigger MCS EHS, causing a mass of chronic patients. The prevalence is about 3-6% of patients with EHS in the general population, but statistics are different in different countries.
"The recognition of these two diseases have a global impact on the financial side in terms of expenditure in health and social service, since the correct diagnosis is the first step to prevent people becoming chronically ill or disabled, "Francisca G. concluded.
"WHO is the most important institution in terms of health, and can not delay the inclusion of MCS and EHS in terms of environmental illnesses of the DCI, since scientific evidence is clear, "said Francesca Romana Orlando.
"Currently people with MCS and EHS are treated symptomatically because physicians have no preparation in environmental medicine, but the most indisputable evidence of environmental origin these two diseases is that if we avoid triggering agents - chemicals and EMF-normal symptoms are controlled. Recognition to WHO will help medical research in this area, - Francesca R adds Orlando.
After meeting with Ms. Neira at 10: 00 pm, we will offer a press conference at the entrance of WHO to 11:30 pm We ask your assistance to confirm Tf- 0034645803417 (Sonia) or by mail - environmentalhealthcampaign@gmail.com

'Stop the killings of polar bears in Iceland' petition
At last
someone's really protesting!! At last
http://reykjavikpolarbearproject.org/banaskjal-a-ensku/page-13
Targeting: Svandís Svavarsdóttir (Minister for the Environment) and Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir (Prime Minister)
Currently, with the approval of the Icelandic government, polar bears are being killed when they come to the shores of Iceland. No other course of action is considered. Yet, polar bears in Iceland are not unexpected. They come to Iceland because of the shortage of breeding grounds, due to the melting polar ice as a resault of global warming. Polar bears were frequently spotted in Iceland in the 19th century, but the last two polar bears came to Iceland in 2008, following a fifty years gap. Both were put down, following a special sanction issued by the Icelandic authorities. In 1993 a polar bear caught swimming off the Icelandic coast, was captured and hung by Icelandic fishermen.
The sanctions to kill polar bears are approved by the Icelandic government, because the animals are considered dangerous, they are not in serious danger of extinction, and the transportation costs are thought to be too high. Many Icelanders and others Assumptions think These Are Completely wrong. (Keep reading )

'What is MCS? " - Well summarized
often
SQM
WHAT IS MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY?
What is the sensitivity Multiple Chemical?
Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) is an acquired disease, chronic and not psychological, manifesting symptoms in multiple organ systems in response to minimal exposure to multiple compounds chemically unrelated and unnecessary as common as perfumes, air fresheners or fabric softener.
symptoms that are chronic and escalates to a crisis, including fatigue and respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, dermatological and neuropsychology, among others.
MCS is a syndrome with 4 degrees severity, which mark different levels of disability and isolation.
is important to note that MCS is not an allergy.
is a disease known since the 50's, but that day has not yet been recognized as such by the World Health Organization (WHO), although there are over 100 items scientific research supporting the physiological basis of MCS, the number of people affected increases exponentially increasing at younger ages, and even the European Parliament included in the growing number of diseases linked to factors environmental. This emerging disease has been recognized as a physical illness Germany, Austria and Japan.
What is the percentage of people affected?
In Spain there are no studies, but estimates range between 0.5% and 12% of the population, according to the degree of involvement.
To give examples of other countries where statistics are available, according to "Environmental Health Association of Québec" 2.4% Canada's population has MCS. According to researcher Martin L. Pall, PhD , U.S. it is estimated that 3.5% of the population with severe MCS.
Therefore MCS is not a rare disease, since by definition are those that affect less than 0.05% of the population. Is an emerging disease and hidden.
chemicals that react with MCS patients are toxic and affect everyone. Chemicals are linked to diseases such as certain types of cancer, asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases and other diseases environmental in origin.
How do we know if we are developing MCS?
The most common symptom is perceived as unbearable odors before they were not. Stop tolerating various chemical agents, such as cleaning products, perfumes, smoke snuff and air fresheners, etc.
usually also cease to tolerate alcohol, foods with gluten or dairy and food intolerances can appear and / or medication.
often
also listed other environmental intolerances: heat, cold, humidity, noise and vibration, sun exposure and electromagnetic radiation (computers, power lines, phones, mobile phone masts, microwaves, etc.)..
MCS is the loss of tolerance to chemical exposure in susceptible people, and can develop in 2 ways: by a single toxic exposure to a high dose or repeated low dose exposures over the years. In the second group is a growing number of people with Fibromyalgia and / or Fatigue Syndrome Chronicle that after the years go on to develop MCS.
What are the symptoms of MCS?
The diagnosis is clinical, ie based on a series of symptoms that affected. There is no laboratory test or any specific examination to confirm the diagnosis and examinations should be performed to rule out other diseases.
for diagnosis using the questionnaire QEESI measuring environmental intolerances, not environmental, exhibitions covert and quantifies the severity and impact on daily life activities.
There are 6 diagnostic criteria accepted by most researchers:
-The disease is chronic.
"The symptoms are reproduced with repeated exposure to the agent.
-Symptoms occur with exposure to very low concentration.
"The symptoms improve or disappear when deleting desencadentes chemicals.
-The symptoms appear in front of multiple chemical agents, no relation between them.
"They're affected multiple organs.
When you expose yourself to a chemical agent automatically triggers a series of symptoms such as shortness of breath, irritation of mucous membranes and respiratory tract, heart palpitations, headache, mental confusion, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, extreme fatigue and / or pain, which no longer be better to contact the trigger. Avoided once the trigger, symptoms can last days or even weeks.
What is the treatment for MCS?
Not knowing exactly the pathophysiological bases of this syndrome, there is no specific treatment. But there are treatments to improve and control the SQM (saunas, vitamin supplements, homeopathy, etc.), So it is very important for us in the hands of a specialist to study this case thoroughly, because each patient is different depending on its genetics, associated diseases and the degree of SQM has.
addition to treatment, it is very important to Environmental Control, ie avoiding the maximum exposure and contact with toxic substances and chemicals of all kinds in general. But despite this, the picture is chronic and may significantly reduce quality of life of those affected.
The Environmental Control is to prevent products which is hypersensitive, avoid damp environments and avoid exposure to environmental irritants (gas, smoke). This requires changing the cleaning and hygiene products and other conventional organic unscented organic foods (delete those that do not tolerate) using utensils that are not toxic, and asearnos drinking filtered water, using carbon masks active when we have to expose to toxic, use air purifiers, used clothing organic dye organic tissue, reducing our exposure to electromagnetic fields and in general remove everything that we produce symptoms (furniture, clothing, cosmetics, etc.. .) Sometimes it is also necessary to change of address. Environmental monitoring SQM benefits the patient and his entire family and in other countries is recommended for people with allergies and / or asthma. It is also recommended for people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia. Moreover, as demonstrated by a recent study Washington University , the everyday use products with fragrance, both traditional and ecological emit chemicals undeclared ingredients, including several classified as toxic or hazardous, and therefore should be avoided.
hospitalization of people with MCS should be carefully planned so the hospital can facilitate the Multiple Chemical Sensitivity guidelines for hospitals prepared by the government of South Australia to serve as a guide for planning the admission and treatment of affected.
scientific evidence
in September 2008 was published in the Journal of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine the study by Goudsmit and Howes entitled " Is multiple chemical sensitivity to response Learned? A critical evaluation of provocation studies "(Is multiple chemical sensitivity a learned response? A critical evaluation of provocation studies), study which showed that MCS is not a psychological illness and that its origin is linked to chemicals.
In May 2009 the teachers Anne C. Steinemann and Amy L. Davis, University of Washington published a compilation over 100 scientific studies Peer-reviewed (reviewed by other experts in the same discipline) showing the physiological basis of MCS.
subsequently published two important studies: in October 2009 was published in Journal of the Neurological Sciences a study in the Hospital Vall Hebron Barcelona entitled "Brain dysfunction Multiple Chemical Sensitivity in (Brain Dysfunction in Multiple Chemical Sensitivity). And in late April 2010 has been published IDI study Institute of Rome "biological definition of multiple chemical sensitivity from redox status and profile of cytokines and not polymorphisms of metabolizing enzymes xenobiotics "in Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology - Elsevier.
Also last year, "General and Applied Toxicology, 3rd Edition" published a chapter on SQM researcher Martin L. Pall entitled "Multiple Chemical Sensitivity: Toxicological Questions and Mechanisms” (Sensibilidad Química Múltiple: Preguntas y Mecanismos Toxicológicos.

Pictures made with sheets.
This is one of the first crafts I did in a course that I point, and really is easy and fun.
Needed:
- Three sheets that are the same, ie same size, same design, let you buy three plates alike.
- Scissors and cutter
- Silicone, which is used if it is clear the better.
- glossy varnish to buy craft store.
- And a piece of cardboard and wood like you see in the picture.
frame is painted the color you please, or better fence design that you have chosen.
Pegáis glue the first sheet in the box.
And here comes the patience, will you cut the details of the drawing, each leaf, flower if this sheet, and so will you cut the details. I recommend
recortéis details Vallaise a sheet and pasting. Well
once slashed details, you catch a portion of the drawing, such as a sheet, you're going putting silicone, this paste will also highlight the lamina, and so Vallaise hitting every detail in the attached sheet that is already in the box. Peguéis the sheet to correspond to the leaf that is already stuck in the box.
recortáis Let dry and the third sheet, do the same process, you can put more or less depending on the volume silicone that you please give the drawing.
When all dry, you will see that to become lumps of silicone in the drawing, if not better, I'm more big hands and I'm silicone xD, well it is easy to clean.
barnizáis
Then, with a very bright paint.
And now this.
Thus explained may seem a mess, but it's easy and fun.
This is silicon, and see that it is silicone, which everyone uses
